A little about me...

I was born and raised in England and as the saying goes, "You can take the girl out of the country but you can't take the country out of the girl" so suffice it to say I'm still an English lass. When I came to Canada at the age of 19, it was to spend one year abroad and decide what I wanted to do with my life. That was over thirty years ago and now Canada is my home.

My business experience has taken me into the world of Retail, Corporate, Customer Service, Media and Sales but I didn't feel that those roles really spoke to who I was so...

I chose to become an entrepreneur and founded an Interior Design and Renovation company where I transformed people's homes. I loved it but found myself still spending time helping people and ultimately transforming their lives, more than their homes. Helping people was something I had been doing all my life, so I transitioned once again and became a Certified Empowerment & Success Coach working one-on-one with clients globally.

As a life-long learner I thrive in expanding myself and my knowledge, so the next step was to diversify and use my experience in the business world and merge that with working with people. I now train business executives on professional development in the workplace. My workshops allow the participants to bring their own business challenges to the table in an open and honest discussion and learn tools and strategies to enhance their knowledge and experience.

“Behind every successful woman is herself”
— Bart Jackson

One of the things I most value in life is the freedom to live a life that truly represents my personality and my values. I love to travel and experience different cultures and the most amazing part is that I can work with my clients from all over the world.

Happiness is a state of mind and creating that state of mind means living on purpose with passion. My passion is to make a difference in the lives of many people and when I see the fruits of my labour come to bear it tells me my calling is the right one for me.

The road to success is usually a challenging one but with commitment and dedication dreams do come true. My own path has been paved with many challenges but each one of them has made me stronger, a more resilient woman and ultimately a successful one.  "Carpe Diem."

“Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.”
